I love the color rush. We need more variations to our uniforms. Why don’t we have Mardi Gras uniforms? Green on green or purple on purple. We already have the gold. I think it would make for an interesting look.

The Throwback combination with the deep gold and varsity stripes looks much better than the white gold look - also happens to be my favorite - win percentage of .667 doesn't hurt either...

Wished when they wore the throwback, the helmets would also have the deep gold rather than the white gold as well...

Black on black is my favorite followed by the throw back uniforms.

I no longer remember where I heard it, but the story I heard a long time ago was that Payton likes the white jerseys and black pants, for the road uniform, because it looks like the Bears' road uniform, and he played for the Bears and has Illinois roots in his quarterbacking and early coaching days.

I've also heard that the players themselves like the black-on-black uniforms, in the Dome, particularly the defense. All I know is a prime time night game in the Dome, seeing those black on black uniforms gets me all pumped up.
