They have yet to overturn one all season...

Put in a challenge allowance but ensure there are no challenge overturns so that the new rule can be reversed.

Btw, LSU is #2 in the new AP Poll.

If Davis learns to catch, he will have 3 ints per game

This is where it gets scary... 3-20 we are long ball vulnerable for a PI

Bridgwater, faint of heart. We needed to give the defense a blow...

I think you mean the oline, since they gave little protection

spkb25 10-13-2019 02:42 PM

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars Game Day Thread

The oline has had trouble with their d when they have rushed 3 or 4 only

TheOak 10-13-2019 02:43 PM

New Orleans Defense... hasn't allowed a 100 yard rusher in 27 games... WOW

Murrray's averaging 5.2 yards per carry today and 11.7 per target. Surprised we're not seeing him more in the 4th.

Need to get to the 30 or 35

Especially considering Kamara isn't "Kamara" today.

Murray has played extremely well. Feed him.

Ugly as fk... Ill take it lol. Cook!

Getting excited at the prospect of Drew coming back to Murry and Cook being as productive as they have been today.

Good play call and teddy best play of the day was his composure to cook to purty much deal this. Should be game

Cook and Latavius Murray have been KEY contributors today.

Confidence building.

"Ted-dy! Ted-dy! Ted-dy!" chant in the stands in Jacksonville, I love it. Grinning from ear to ear.

TB is nothing but a serviceable backup who will sometimes put together a decent game.

One thing he does do is not turn the ball over and that's good

I popped out to the local Saints bar for the fourth quarter and the fans were vibrantly supporting their team. Another slug fest leading to a low scoring game that we won. I'll take it! :p

But what about those that said they were total busts for us? Could they have been wrong ... again?

With Drew in there we would have blown them out. Far too many missed opportunities. Teddy is good enough to keep us in there with our defense, but couldn't hold Brees' jock strap with help.

I'm convinced we would have eclipsed 40+ with Brees in there.

Teddy just looked indecisive and afraid to throw. The Flea Flicker immediately comes to mind, he had a wide open receiver streaking towards the end zone.

Serviceable, but hes lucky that our D has been so good recently.

Two worst traits to have in a quarterback...

We overpaid...

Sixteen game season, AG; but even if you include their, yes, crucial contributions, I'm convinced Ingram pair'd with Kamara would have continued the lethal-ness...

Cook made a pair of nice grabs, but in no way is he scaring anyone as @CantGuardMike is being double/triple-team; and is production, while timely today, in no way near what we need, nor paid...

Still, I'm pulling for them 'cause they're the ones we brought to the Dance, and we need them to boogie...

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars Game Day Thread

So much for the Mustache "mania".

Against a good Saints defense ... he looked like a back up today.

ChrisXVI 10-13-2019 05:42 PM

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars Game Day Thread

The move we made for Teddy was a reaction to the Eagles winning that previous Super Bowl with their backup QB. We had garbage behind Brees and Payton wanted a guy that we could make a run with should Brees go down. Well... here we are. Brees went down and guess what? We’re undefeated with our backup and our Super Bowl aspirations are alive and well.

Unless you respond to the proven deficiencies of Barry that went on for eight years you have no right find fault with Trump. Obama was EIGHT years of no action.

Judging this guy for less than four is beyond a disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself. Look what Obama did. He CREATED this environment. He CREATED TRUMP because people were sick of it. They were sick of Obama.
