Anybody see the passing vision cones for Madden?
Here they are. All 32 teams starters and first backup.

Someone's overly excited! :P I can't wait for it to come out either... I'm going to start joining Madden tournaments down here. I still have to mod my xBox first... :|

Interesting.
Best vision would appear to be Manning, Favre, Brady, and Green. Suprsied that Green's vision is considered that wide. Also suprised at how narrow Culpepper's and McNair's vision is. Cool feature. Papz, I'm thinking about buying the online upgrade for my XBox. If so, we gotta play some games- hell, I'll play any takers. |

Hmm, think this belongs in the EE forum. Maybe you guys would like a gaming forum?

Sw is a game addict. I'm pretty sure you two would keep that going along with newshound. If I decide to get online, I'd take you on! *Cough* *been only beaten once in two years* *cough* Maybe my competition sucks though... :P

A gaming forum would be fantabulous. See, just the thought made me so happy I used a gay word.
Damn, I wish you guys had it on PS2. I hate playing sports games on my Xbox. And I have joined this online league that was attempting to get all 32 teams involved, but we couldn't find 32 different players for each team, well, not from the forum we are in anyway, and anyone outside of that could be a glitcher/cheater. So we only have like 10-16, but we play to follow the weekly schedule as close as possible, or maybe customize it since it's not all 32 yet. Anywho, yeah I am pretty excited about Madden coming out. I wish they had A-Mac's vision cone so I could check it out. |

Fantabulous? Must have borrowed that one from the Rip Taylor of BnG.net :P |

I looked at all 32 teams, and there were two that stuck out in my mind, for obvious reasons. But, because of recent events, I refrained from mentioning them

I play a lot of madden on PC, I guess I'll have to get my PS2 up online and check that out.
|
I might be interested in a league like that on PS2. I haven't bought the last couple of maddens though so I'd have a pretty high catching up curve.

Surprised
I think this will be an awesome feature. The Vick problem was something Madden desperately needed to correct. Hopefully this works. It seems like it will bring about a whole new demension to the game.
I was suprised how wide Jake Delhomme's vision cone is. I would understand it if it was one of us who programed it, because we're homers and most of us love Jake. But, I didn't expect this coming from a national source. Also, the drop-offs between Manning and his back up as well as Favre and his back up are incredibly humerous. It would be depressing if you were to be playing with the Colts and Manning got hurt. Brooks' cone is not very impressive. Though, it probably is quite accurate. |
That cone is tiny. Several of the 1st and 2nd year guys got lot's more love from the good folks at Madden. They must have been watching game film.
Go figure, it really is--in the game. |

RE: Surprised
Correct me if Im wrong, but I believe Gameinformer confirmed that xboxlive would have an online franchines leauge?
|
RE: Surprised
It's something they've been trying to do for years, but lacked interest I guess.
I remember them promising online franchise leagues with the 2003 PC version, but they scrapped it shortly after release. |

 Why is Meier ahead of Boo on the depth chart ???? |
RE: Surprised
Indeed, Delhomme's cone is bigger than Aaron Brooks'.
On a side note, all of this "cone" talk is starting to sound a bit perverted. |
