AJ Green?

Re: AJ Green?
Sanu went to NE and the 40-whiners got Sanders so hopefully the Saints will get Green.
|
Re: AJ Green?
Kind of scared of what it would take to get him.
|
Re: AJ Green?
Nah not interested. Price would be too high and he's always injured.
Havent seen LJH get a target yet and hes been out there quite abit. |
Re: AJ Green?
He does miss a lot of games with injuries

Re: AJ Green?
They might trade for eifert if cook is out for a lil. But when cook would come back they can run the double te set like ne used to with gronk and hernandez

Re: AJ Green?
AJ Green is a walking infirmary. No way we go for it. TE maybe.

Re: AJ Green?
Let me ask the question ....if not Green, then specifically who?
The Patriots just skull drug the Jets on MNF and not less than 24 hours later they trade for Sanu. Teams can always get better. 2009 was a magical season in NO but that was a long a** time ago. You can't win the lotto if you don't purchase a ticket. There's always risk. I'm no fan of Robert Kraft and the Patriots organization, however I have admire how they are never afraid to take on a risk. Why do they do it? Because they have a winning mindset. They win some and lose some but at least they try. While a lot of the other franchises worry about risk, the Patriots go in and snag guys and win Super Bowls. I'm hopeful the Saints brass make a trade on a player that will help us get back to where we want to be before Brees calls it a career. Whether folks want to believe it or not, we desperately need another pass catcher to compliment Thomas. |

Payton said years ago he wants to mirror the pats to build what they have. But is only half hearted I’d say he rarely ever makes trades that really matters. And even rarer is a big gun trade. So it’s not going to happen unless he gets a 3rd string wr Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: AJ Green?
Is Sanu WORTH a 2nd round pick to THIS team? No.
Is Sanders WORTH a 3rd AND a 4th to THIS team? Again - N O |
Re: AJ Green?
I don't think the Pats even want Sanu. There is a shortage of decent WR's right now and it will only get worse.
The main contenders are hurting at WR with a long way to go. It looks more like a keep away move IMO. Are they really going to use him enough to matter. I don't see the point of giving up a 2nd for a WR that will seldom be used. |
Re: AJ Green?
Again, if not GREEN then who?

Re: AJ Green?
Check the tranny on Dez. If it's not slipping go for it.

Re: AJ Green?
No. No. No.

Re: AJ Green?
WR is the one position that the Saints have needed to address for years. Scrubs are not the answer. A high round draft pick seems to be the way to go. Between Ireland and Curtis Johnson I have faith that we can quickly develop the right player in the system.
Edit: This does little to help us this year though. |
Re: AJ Green?
Honestly I think we will see Taysom taking snaps at TE or receiver much more often once Brees is back. I expect his snap count to go way up especially in the red zone. I don’t think they are even going to try and hide it anymore.
