Throwing a tantrum in public is what children do. Adults have a conversation with the decision maker; and either go back to work after accepting the outcome of that conversation, or move on to a different employer if they can not.

This generation loves to express themselves....usually without thinking. There is a reason that I'm not on face book. I've got too much to say and no one wants to hear it anyway. Everybody lives for likes on face book rather than an actual interaction.

Edit: Anyone that gives this post a like will get an extra Christmas present this year. :cool:

Its the method that is the issue. Odell's method is that of a red-faced child screaming in a basket in Walmart. Its extremely passive aggressive and is not a lack of thought but rather a lack of self control.
