I'd be telling a lie if I didn't think Evans/Godwin would absolutely destroy P.J. on those boundaries.

Good game.

From what I could tell, Mr. Marcus and PJ double-team'd Mike Evans; yeah, he's that good...

Apple balled out vs Godwin, with help at times from Gardner/P-Rob/Vonn Bell...

Demario/Kiko/AJ were on Brate...

Vonn Bell/Gardner provided underneath help, chips to give the pass rush that extra sec...

This is when they were not in various flex-zone schemes or in dime blitzes...

CrabLegs was not able to adjust, make the reads so we ended up with a good day, defensively...

I always thought having him play in the slot had to have helped him build confidence. When he was suspended and people wanted him replaced by CGJ I said it would be a mistake to bench him and screw up his chemistry and confidence because we would need him if Lattimore went down. I didn’t want him to have to come off the bench and have to do it. Looks like it was a pretty good transition for him. Hope he keeps it up.

I'll admit that I was pleasantly surprised with his performance. He played well. I was worried that he wouldn't be up to the task but he was and filled in admirably. You go boy!

Fingers crossed that we get Latt at 100% strength once the playoff starts.

PJ is not a boundary guy it's apparent that he'll be targeted early and often. He was getting flame broiled :red: out there.

Not really sure why Sean kept PJ over a veteran Kayvon Webster this off season. He performed well at camp/subsequent p/s games.

Having PJ play on the outside definitely doesn’t suit his strengths. I love that he is willing to be aggressive in run support and a very good tackler. He needs a safety over top which dictates the coverage assignment and weakens the run defense. If we lock up the division this week I hope we will have Lattimore back for the 49ers.

PJ, Klein and Ginn - 3 guys that are underperforming on this team.

Funny how that works ain't it? It's amazing how week to week half the Saints players are garbage or trash, who were drafted too high, we spent too many draft picks on to acquire, or wasted too much $ in free agency. All this being lead by coaches who don't know how to call a game and a front office who doesn't know how to draft or didn't pick "my" player from "my" school. It's amazing we were knocking on the Super Bowl door that last couple of seasons, and are 9-2 with a 5 game cushion as division leader with all of this garbage and these idiots.
