I don’t know about this signing. He reminds me of junior galette. I don’t think his personality going to mesh with the other players. We don’t need a divided locker room

Swearinger will not be a distraction in NO. He's been in losing locker rooms & franchises over the years. Now? On a team with strong direction & LEADERSHIP on both sides of the ball. Trust me, he'll perform to his best ability when he knows what's at stake. We have playoff games and a Super Bowl to win.

Honestly, I think he’s a steal. I didn’t know he was still out there.

I agree but it looks like Payton is going the Billechek route (not a bad thing) by signing troubled players to try and get the most out of them before sending them on their way.
Normally I wouldn’t go for this but at this point in the season it can’t hurt. Looks like he’s pretty damn committed to getting another trophy.
