The owner of a Slidell car dealership and well-known New Orleans Saints fan is doing what he can to help the black and gold earn a top seed in the NFC playoffs.

Matt Bowers took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to reach out to Detroit Lions quarterback David Blough and offer "to hook him up" with a new vehicle if Detroit can beat the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

I wish Mr. Bowers would have offered that to the O lineman up in Minny. GB was only rushing 3 and still getting through.

Bad, bad showing with a lot at stake.

Week to week league but I give the Lions almost no chance.

Maybe he should offer a whole fleet of cars to the Packers offensive line. Let one or two defenders slip through on key plays.

You never know. He could get lucky and be driving a new set of wheels in the off season. I'd be tickled for him.
