The need to please all age groups in these stupid (and I mean STUPID) all time lists, just destroys all credibility for these things.

There should be no possible scenario, in any list, where Drew Brees is not at LEAST in the top 3 QB's of all time, and maybe #1. And yet he doesn't even appear in this top 10? This is a meaningless list. What a waste of time for whoever watched that nonsense.

Is anybody really surprised over this? Brees is a Saint. He will never get the respect from the NFL that he deserves. Every time Brees breaks a record, the NFL cringes.

I actually enjoyed the series, but knew the list would be completely meaningless. There is no way you can accurately compare that many different eras of the game and you knew they would have to include players from all of them. I did like to learn about players from the past though. Some I had heard of but many I hadn't. If you viewed the series as pure entertainment and football history, it was worthwhile.

How is it possible to have so many records and not be in the top ten? It's ridiculous. It's like someone is trying to intentionally down play Drew's success.

My two cents about the Top 100 all-time ... they should have limited it to players who are historical or have already retired. Otherwise you get into slippery slope arguments over players who are clearly the best at their positions right now (Aaron Donald, Michael Thomas) but we do not know how epic their careers will really be. And for players like Brady and Brees, we don't know how many rings they will finish with or how high the passing records will go and those things could be a deciding factor.

Rogers would borderline make my list. Brees would certainly be a lot higher than 10 for me. He's right there at the top and gets consistently overlooked despite pwning the league for years and years.

Any NFL “best”, “all time” most “fearsome” list sole purpose is to stir debate among fan base. Period.....Most are subjective, very few are objective. They know it, they do it by design. So take any of them for what they are worth....diddly squat. Any of us could make the argument for or against several players in all the positions. Of course Drew should be on the list, but just as we are pissed, there’s several other fan bases arguing as well for their “snubs”. At the end of the day, I know where Drew stands on my list.

I didn't even click on the article because if Drew wasn't even it then it has to be crap. He has the highest completion percentage rate in history, more TD's than anybody else...and that's just in the last two games! Although he broke those records two weeks back. The list is too long to roll the credits! Who knows if that's the problem. Drew breaks records so often that it's common place and somewhat expected to see them go down. Also, when Drew breaks records they are usually his own.

Nonetheless. It's (insert something politically correct) and pure Bull **** that Drew doesn't get the respect he deserves. I don't know if it's because New Orleans being in a small market doesn't get any real air time on the sports shows. Also, when Drew breaks records the announcers give him little to no credit while they give a blow job to whoever the media darling is that year. This year it was Brady when he broke the record. It could be because the NFL obviously hates us for being a successful small market team that doesn't have a large market to sell NFL apparel. Meanwhile Godhell is carrying a serious grudge.

The thing is Drew and Brittany know what he's done and what he's capable of. The rest of us are just along for this once in a life time ride. :bng:
