Why I love this forum

I love this forum too, cause people will actually accept a differing opinion, even if it's critical of Sean Payton, Loomis or even Brees. The same can't be said over there. I like posting here and being able to laugh with you guys. Forums like this should be fun, not something taken seriously.

I was banned over there after the 2018 NFCCG loss for trying to have an actual sane conversation about what went wrong with our play calling and the game itself while everyone was bellyaching about the non-call. Ironically, the ones making snide comments and demanding anyone disagreeing with them is some paid troll working for Roger Goodell, weren't punished. But you get banned for not going along with the popular opinion that it was some conspiracy cause we crapped the bed in crunch time.

SR also has the largest sway of Brees apologists; whom I'm convinced sometimes are only fans of the team cause of Brees himself and have little regard for QBs in our past. These fans will defend Brees vehemently, always comparing him to other HOF QBs, and then contradicting themselves when they start criticizing those other QBs for the same kind of playoff failures Brees has endured. If Brees left this team, they would do like the Colts 'fans' who followed Manning to Denver.

Whether we agree on opinions or not at the end of the day, we love our Saints. Criticizing them don't make you some bad fan, it's cause we want them to do better.
