The title of this thread isn't exactly accurate - "Brees Coming Back For One More Season".
As long as he continues to play at an elite level (which he is still doing), I expect him to approach the 2021 off-season in exactly the same manner as the previous four seasons and return, once again, to start in 2021. |

Good news! Hopefully the contract will be something that works well for both sides. Hoping this next one won't create the same dead-money concern ... and yes I know dead money can be overcome but as a fan it's still a negative thing to hear.

All depends on how the contract looks IMO... Hopefully Drew goes team friendly to allow weapons around him.
