Who Dats... it's with a real heavy heart I reluctantly inform you all that Foreverfan passed this evening around 830PM after having been transported from Ochsner to his home. I still can't believe this has happened.

I hope this isn't viewed in a bad way. The truth is that I will never post another cat MEME when I don't think of FF. I have a strange sense of humor that some people don't get. FF not only got it, he shared it. We lost a valuable member here, and I know many of you knew FF and have lost a valuable friend. Let's honor the man going forward. We are family here.

This is very sad news. I really thought he'd pull through, and my prayers are with his family and friends.
FF was always good for a laugh, and I don't think I ever saw a post of his that was not light-hearted. Those are the kinds of people I like to associate with. Though I never met him, I'm glad to have shared this little corner of the internet world with him, and he will absolutely be missed. Rest in peace, to our friend, and may God comfort all of those who were close to him, and guide them through all that lies ahead of them. |

So sorry to hear this news.
I'll certainly miss him adding humour to any thread with a simple cat photo or gif. I'm glad his suffering is over and hope his passing was a peaceful one. All the best to his family, friends and people that knew him personally. I'll raise a glass in his memory this afternoon. Let's do our best to be there for every member of the forum, these are difficult times for many. |

Just finished the Easter egg hunt in the backyard with the kids and I’m seeing the sad news for the first time. Can’t believe we lost another good one. I really thought everything would be ok. I don’t really know what to say because I’m in disbelief. I’m so sorry everyone who is family or friend to FF.

Im so sorry to hear about his passing. Though i never met him i consider him a friend cause we shared a common interest in the saints. He’s in a better place now without pain. I will still pray for his family especially in this tough time ahead. I will miss you, chief.

I'm truly at a loss for words as I read the passing of FF, our brother here on the fantastic B&G forum. So many memorable cat post(s), gifs, memes, so many laughs.
I bet FF never met a stranger. Great sense of humor, the ability to make people laugh ... even when they probably didn't want to. My deepest condolences go out to the entire family. Know that I'm thinking about him and will miss his posts. FF had a terrific character and big heart. R.I.P. my friend. |

I thought I might find something eloquent to say, but words escape me. I can only echo the comments of so many others. Though I didn't know him personally, it still feels like losing a family member. My prayers and heart go out to his wife and family. In these current times it's even more difficult losing a loved one. May God wrap them in his arms and surround them with the peace that surpasses understanding. I'm thankful he got to go home before the end. I'd hate to think of him dying alone in a hospital.
FF, you will be missed my friend. But we rejoice, knowing that you opened your eyes today in the presence of The Father, and all your pain, all your sorrows and all your troubles were washed away. By now I'm sure you've probably caught up with JoeSam and Hagan. One might say you 3 have upgraded to the VIP section of the forum. Goodbye for now brother, rest easy. Till we meet again. |

I'm stunned! I just opened the board and went to this thread like I have since he became ill and this is not what I expected. I fully expected him to get better and start posting soon. I've been waiting for him to come back and now there will be a hole here forever.....
He was one of the best men that I never met. I'm so sorry for his families loss and pray that they find strength to carry on. It's a sad day! A very sad day! |
