FWIW, the Saints had Stevens send them video of him running some routes.

Just to remind, Trautman played qb in hs, we may be on the brink of tearing this whole damn thing up

Get the feeling that QB Payton wasted a pick on would have been available as an UDFA....

I'm sorry, but the Saints are full of themselves if they think they can just take any crappy QB and make him a Taysom Hill. Taysom is a rare athlete, who should stay at receiver/tight end. END the QB project!

What would you guys think about this scenario when it comes to the QB situation:

Brees plays for two years (while winning two SBs, obviously) and retires.

The Saints trade for a disgruntled Aaron Rodgers, which is the earliest he could realistically be traded for under his new contract.

The Saints keep on marchin' and collecting Lombardies...

Just spit-balling for laughs.

Bryce Hall … dropped to the 5th. Thought he was thought of as a 1st/2nd round talent?

His medical scared teams off perhaps?

Speaking of QB's …

It's been reported (per Dan Raggs) that the Saints have been in contact with Free Agent and former Buc Jameis Winston throughout the draft.

I'm not saying he'll end up in New Orleans but this could be something to keep an eye out on in the coming weeks. We have nothing behind Brees with legitimate NFL caliber experience.

If I send a video of my fat azz running around in my backyard, will I get free season tickets for the next 5 years??
