Patriots picked 2 tight ends and passed on this guy twice. Hopefully we know something they don't know.

However the NFL network guys loved the pick

Decent numbers, but taking a TE from an FCS school? I don't know. I'd have preferred the NFL bloodline of Thad Moss, who proved himself against the best competition, if we were going TE. And there would have been no need to trade up for him.
