(Friday, August 12th) Final Score: Seattle 34, New Orleans 15 New Orleans, LA (Sports Network) - Seneca Wallace threw for 137 yards and a touchdown and ran for another score as Seattle cruised by New Orleans, 34-15, in the preseason opener for both teams at the Superdome. Leonard Weaver added a 40-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter for the Seahawks, who built a 24-3 halftime lead. Wallace, who finished 12-for-20 with no interceptions, scored on a nifty 24- yard run to give Seattle a 14-3 advantage midway through the second quarter. Three minutes later, he connected with Jerome Pathon for a 28-yard score which extended the margin to 18 points late in the first half. Seattle starter Matt Hasselbeck completed 6-of-10 passes for 40 yards, including a 13-yard touchdown to Bobby Engram in the first quarter. Todd Bouman was 8-of-11 for 89 yards and a touchdown for the Saints.
