A thumper who can cover. You gotta love that.

Re: CGJ HIGHLIGHTS
Get that the Saints Front Office likes Jenkins' experience, but I'd prefer that we'd put Gardner at the SS spot and used that money on an experienced slot receiver or a boundary cornerback...
...or, dare I say, a defensive end that can be available for the playoffs opposite Cam Jordan? |
Re: CGJ HIGHLIGHTS
Drafted in the 4th rd, but he gave you 1st round production. Tremendous value by the Saints front office.
I see traits of Brian Dawkins when I watch Chauncey G J play. His approach to the game is old school. Gotta believe that dropping to Day 4 was a wake up call. He tackles with attitude. Coach Glenn always said when he coached him at an High School All star camp many years ago he thought he had superior DB traits that would elevate his game to the NFL level. 100% dawg. Gardner-Johnson's future is very bright in New Orleans. |

Dude will be a pro bowler!
Wish he could teach Marcus how to hit/tackle. |

Payton's draft management is horrible, but I guess the Football Gods smile on the Saints despite it, likely for the sham of the Bountygate BS Beatdown... Per my previous post on this thread as to why we signed Jenkins when Gardner is already really good, only thing I can come up with is they want Jenkins to get Mr. Marcus over the hump... |
Re: CGJ HIGHLIGHTS
Communication is the key to the Malcolm Jenkins signing. Vonn Bell wasn’t getting it done in that regard.

CJGJ trying to have a little music career too apparently. I’m not very knowledgeable about the current climate of rap music... Is this good? |
