Business is real bad; lots of my receivables are in serious arrears right now...

Got bad news from my Aunt - found out I'm the only male on my Dad's side of the family (among my generation of cousins to make it to 50)...

So, yeah, definitely could use an escape to the SmashMouth Retreat Center (your place looks great)...
