Ty, Sanders, Taysom, Callaway & Cook didn't seem to be a priority in the playbook. Really surprised THill wasn't more involved against a young, inexperienced Raider secondary.

Honest question.

You think there in the business of padding their favorite players stats? I can see that giving how Sean does that with Drew. Its not out the realm of possibility

I’m not a big conspiracy guy but Sanders called Drew ignorant over his anthem comments before he even put on a Saints jersey. Drew is barely looking his way on the routes and as a result I saw Sanders half assing routes in the 2nd half.

I think we still win the South??

Not so sure about that anymore, when the Bucs get in a few more games
they could be the team that we're chasing.

Well, in the head to head, we already won that battle once. I like our team’s matchup against the Bucs..., and I’m not yet sold on the TB/TB combo being the next superpower in the NFC South.

That being said, Carolina is a complete disaster and losing CM for a month or more isn’t going to help them. And Atlanta is just a hot mess, if ABlank were the type of owner to fire coaches inside the season, based on tangible results (aka the record), I would say Quinn will be fired in the next few weeks. But, I just don’t see that happening.

Bottom line, there are concerns, but I’m still buying the Saints win the NFC South kool-aid.

It was sad watching Brees play - I'll leave it at that.

It was sadder yet watching DAllen’s defense do the same thing over an over again expecting a different result.

True, but the difference is that the defense has sucked on many seasons during Brees' tenure while number 9 has been great all through that - it just feels like an end of an era.

I guess it hits home since I'm two weeks older than Drew and I'm starting to feel the years myself.

The dominant emotion I was feeling after the game was sadness, not disappointment, frustration or anger.
