Re: MNF Saints vs. Chargers GAMEDAY THREAD
-Big win!
-Callaway stepped up and made some plays. -Good pressure from the DLine. -Sanders looked good again. -Good to see Ram and Peat back out there. -Lutz is pure money. -Great play by Lattimore to end the game. -Good effort by the defense. -Davenport sighting. -Saints should have lost. -Brees missed some open guys. With throws and reads. -Horrible play by PRob. -Don't get trying to feed Fowler. -T. Smith was invisible after playing great last week. Got to be more consistent. -Not the biggest fan of T. Hill in key moments/drives. He gets so few opportunities, he presses instead of taking what the defense gives him. -Wasted a time out early in the second half before a field goal. Didn't come back to bite him this time. -Ruiz got whipped a few times. Thought Easton was playing well. Peat looked rusty. Maybe less than healthy. |

Big stuff. A lot of little stuff. My standards are high because the Saints talent level is high. Lots to clean up and to improve upon. |

Just a shame the supporting cast couldn't follow the most basic sporting rules of "don't hold the rusher" on a punt return. |

Callway seems like the type that could eat some lunches on seam routes playing inside.
It's always a plus to win but man does it get frustrating watching these games. I hate being a negative nancy. |

Re: MNF Saints vs. Chargers GAMEDAY THREAD
AK with the circus catch was nice.
Shout out to the goal post last night. Definitely an A grade ![]() Saints missed Mike last night but was refreshing to see his OSU buddy hold big Mike on not getting the 1st down. Lattimore is surprisingly strong because Williams is a huge WR. Chargers self destructed late and it cost em however I'm really impressed with JUSTIN HERBERT. He has a promising NFL future at QB. Saints were more lucky than good. No other way to spin it. The BYE came at a great time. |
