Regarding that long Panthers TD pass, watch this...


It does indeed look like a Cover 2 and Demario Davis should have that middle third coverage.

And here’s the regression in his second year from CJ that we routinely see from the Saints secondary.

This defense has been such a huge disappointment this year. Coming into the season I thought we had a chance to be a very good defense but it’s awful. Coaching and players are atrocious every week. No pressure from the d-line, bad tackling and terrible communication in the secondary.
