Just my .02 on Callaway ..

Notice how he can catch the ball away from his body.

Not comparing him to Colston, but he used to catch ball like that too.

Just like the announcers said... I don’t know if people realize how incredible it is for an undrafted rookie WR to come in and make an impact this year with the abbreviated offseason. Marquez looks like he learned the playbook and developed more chemistry with Brees than Emmanuel Sanders.

Dennis Allen needs to be fired. **** doesn’t make any sense. That was kinda Marcus but also the weakness of the Cover 2 they were in. They didn’t drop a linebacker back like Tampa 2.

Marcus holds the receiver on the previous play, then next series burned for a TD. I wouldn't re sign him in 2021.

Part of the problem is secondary chemistry and when we had Bell, at least they showed fewer group breakdowns...

Isn’t that more on Aaron Glenn? Why does he never get blamed for his guys not knowing cover 2?

I’m not sure who’s responsible for deciding the responsibilities. Stuff like that changes depending on formations and route combinations and I’m not sure if it’s consistent from coach to coach and team to team. I can’t say for sure though. Pure speculation.

Good point. I’d say an error in judgement should be on Glen, systemic issues are on the DC for not addressing it between games.

Just a thought. You KNOW you can run on them and have a lead. Your #1&#2 WR are out, maybe work your receivers while you can and fall back on the run if you need.
