1. DT David Onyemata: 86.4 PFF grade

A name that doesn't get recognized enough. David has been a consistently good player for some time now. Easy to see why he got paid.

IMO Coach Ryan Nielsen's is one of the top D line coaches in the NFL.

Its kinda odd that there are no real surprises on that list.

There are usually 1 or 2 WTF's on their lists.

I would've thought for sure Davis would be on that list.

I haven't seen every game this year but he, whether by poor planning of the defensive coaches or his lack of discipline, seems to be underwhelming.

I seriously doubt it's a lack of discipline on his part, though.

+1.

If you have a class full of talented students that keep failing test, does that not imply that the teacher is not adequately teaching kids the way that they need information taught them?

Dennis Allen is not a very effective teacher.

Actually, he doesn't look like a very likeable coach to me. He seems unapproachable. He is known for square peg/round hole mentality that doesn't interact well with his students.

To be a good coach you have to be an effective communicator. Getting the team understanding and coming together on the concept is the most important part of preparing for a game or instilling a style of play.

It's fun watching the switch come on:dance: with players and having them help explain it to the team members who haven't caught on yet. It's a team building exercise when done correctly.
