If he's healthy enough then our HOF'er is the better option so yes. But I will say Taysom has proven a lot of people wrong. He sort of ran out of steam at the end but he's gaining confidence. I'm suddenly less concerned about him as a potential #1 for us next season.

Re: Saints @ Falcons Game Day Thread
Taysom looked great when the opposing offense couldn’t do anything and there was no pressure to score on every possession. Once the game got close it wasn’t so pretty.

And why were we not using Murray more when their defense was obviously tired - Murray would have wore that tired arses out... One playcall I really liked, Jared Cook missed on a pick play and Thomas was unable to break free for the first down... Get being unpredictable, but Sean's playcalling gets too far out of character for what's working in the game... |

Re: Saints @ Falcons Game Day Thread
I thought the play calling in the 4th was bad on both sides of the ball.
Taysom was hot and cold, not a bad game, not good either. Seems like the whole team feel asleep mid way through the 3rd. |

Re: Saints @ Falcons Game Day Thread
I don’t think he’s the future either but I’m more optimistic about the possibility than I ever was before. Let’s see what kind of player he becomes once they focus on fully developing him at one position.
