I bet Sean showed that play to Taysom 40 times this week in film study. Throw it with a more touch and less mustard, AK runs for at least 7-10 yards instead of a pick. That INT was a momentum changer for sure.

Do players recovering with rib related injuries wear inflatable type flak jackets anymore

I am going to date myself here

finishing this thought and query but I recall back in the 80s Dan Pastorini wore a flak jacket which apparently offered him and his ribs some protection during live game action.

There is perhaps far more advanced equipment used today instead of the flak jacket or whatever that riggin' was that they had Pastorini wearing. I may be using the wrong terminology to describe the piece of equipment that Pastorini used back then but suffice to say it was some kind of inflatable vest that protected him somewhat(at least in theory it was supposed to).

Wonder if Brees might be wearing some kind of extra protection along these lines

or might that kind of thing hinder him throwing the ball

Whatchay'all think?

One week too late for one of my fantasy teams. Kamara (with Brees) got me the #1 seed in the playoffs, but Kamara (with Hill) got me a 1st round exit.

The Dolphins actually did a solid job on defense vs the Chiefs last week. It's not impossible. Jenkins hopefully will play great in coverage vs Kelce. Just be persistent and disciplined, the Chiefs can be beat.
