Apparently the game plan is to have the 17th game be an AFC/NFC interconference game with matching rankings from the previous seasons. So, that means a possible game is KC, Pittsburgh, or the AFC South winner.

Looks like they will be lining up the Saints to play a lot of cold games this year

Only the last few games are actually cold in those cold weather climates. The last few games will most likely be against NFC South rivals so weather in those games won't be an issue.

Chances are no more than a couple will be played in actual cold weather. Some of those against northern teams are likely to be played in September and October.

So, Godhell will make sure that we travel North on a short week for the 17th game.
