Tell me. In my legacy league (IDP) we have 40 player active rosters with a five player taxi squad and an IR that during COVID can be unlimited. At one point I had 26 players either on IR, questionable, or on bye. We start 20, 10 each on offense and defense.

Young, Healthy, Professional Athletes not being brought down by it, that generally is how it works out for those without exacerbated, underlying health concerns...

Not a lot of NFL players are showing malaria symptoms either. Guess the vaccine protects against that too using your logic.
