I love being under the radar
Let them keep slobbering all over Rodgers and Brady, just keep looking past us.

I'm surprised that we got the same ref team that didn't penalize the Hell out of us last week. Undoubtedly, Sunday we'll get a Saints hater referee.:brood:

- We just put 156 yards of rushing up with no RBs. - Only had 200 yards of passing but 3 of the touch downs were through the air. - 20 first downs - 11 passing/9 rushing - Offensive plays 32 pass attempts/30 runs That was one of the most balanced games I have ever seen in both execution and personnel utilization. My only caution is that yes we get MT/Kamara back but will they be 100% and will there be any rust... Side note: What I love about this reply is that I was able to point out how f7%^ing good we are and I never had to mention our Hall of Fame Field General that makes it all work or the SPotNOS (Sean Payton of the New Orleans Saints) For the first time in a very long time I have some comfort in how we will preform defensively as well. :bng: |
Re: I love being under the radar
Rodgers and Brady deserve the attention they're getting. They both had great years. Rodgers has the least amount of talent around him between his team, the Bucs and the Saints. He also has the least experienced coach. Brady is 43 and hasn't lost a thing. His record speaks for itself. He's achieved it by being one of. if not the hardest worker, most competitive guys to ever play the game. Brees has the least arm of the three. He's coming off a serious injury. But, he's still better than most, has overall the most talented team around him, and easily the best coach of the three.
The AFC is also interesting. No one has really talked about the Chiefs ALL season. It may be just the assumption they will be there again. Has seemed odd to me. I get the Bills love. It's the Bills and they're playing great. Just don't trust them on the big stage yet. Henry and the Titans are built for this time of year. Jackson and the Ravens rushing attack is hard to defend. But, at 10-1, I wagered a $100 of my stimulus check on the Steelers to win the conference. Big Ben with an amazing comeback year. Great Coach. Weapons galore on offense and defense. |
Re: I love being under the radar
Even with that great outing and win we are still under the radar. We get no love from the pundits. Dallas and Tampa get all the air time and then at the very end of the segment they will briefly mention Kamara's 6 touch downs.....maybe. Or this weeks game which apparently we lost by listening to the analysts(anal cysts). Our highlights took about five seconds to show. Like Rodney Dangerfield we get no respect. That's OK respect is earned!
