New Orleans Saints Head Coach Sean Payton swung by the State Capitol yesterday to lunch with legislators and visit each chamber. Payton met with the youngest serving member of the Louisiana State Senate — Not sure why, but to me, Payton has always felt like a used car salesman.-TO
