You hit your brakes before you complete your lane change-- you fail.

Someone is behind you and you have a chance to move right and you dont-- you fail.
You randomly hit your brakes on the freeway for no reason-- you fail.
And you have to have a special sticker, no charge for it, just pass my freeway test--- a special sticker to drive on the freeway.

No oversize loads. If its too big for the freeway, you can build it on site.

All big slow trucks, cement mixers, taco trucks, only allowed in the far right lane. Or you can drive on the street.

And if you cant drive at least 65, you dont need the freeway.

Texting and talking on the cell phone would be a $200 fine. Pull over and make a call, just like we did in the phone-booth days.

You could wear your seatbelt, or not wear your seatbelt. Its your body, so it would be your choice.

No speed traps. All tickets must be written by an officer in motion. patrolling.

And the speed limit would L to R the lanes on the fwy would be:
lane 1: 90 (min 75)
lane 2: 85 (min 75)
lane 3: 75
lane 4: 70 (min 65)

And you dont get arrested just for being drunk. You only get arrested if you do something stupid. Im not measuring to see if you're .00- something. I dont care. I dont care if youre drunk. I care if you're drunk and cant handle yourself. The charge would be "Driving Drunk Like an Amateur."
