It's all about the image and politics in the NFL, if He would not have took those YEARS off to smoke herb he might have, but since he did and it was public-no. I liked him and thought he was good I don't think he did enough to validate him receiving an honor like that. Now he can sit on his front porch and enjoy the finer things in life all he wants.

Don't think that has much to do with it, he has one rushing title and that is good and well but didn't win any championships or put together multiple seasons of greatness.

I'll be interested to see if Jamal Lewis makes it into the Hall.
