If you watch the video, it was nothing more then a defensive player blocking the nearest offensive player on an interception, even Sullivan (MIN) recognizes that fact and I would have thrown the same block. Suh makes a conscience effort to get his head around the front of Sullivan (MIN) and makes initial contact in the hip/thigh region.

I'm for throwing-a-player-under-the-bus as much as the next fan, but $100,000? This is clearly the league trying to make an example of a player, similar to how they were over-zealous in their punishment of the Saints.
