Sounds like Chiefs fans are big on him; IMO, Moore will suffer the same fate as Meachem did when he left the Saints.

I don't think Lance will be the answer as a #2 WR... But he'd definitely produce for them in a limited role just like he did for us. The reason Meachem failed is because he's dumb as a brick... Lance is much more likely to adapt elsewhere.

picks are based on plus/ minus of what you sign and other teams sign from you, not when they were drafted

I think we won't get one because he was cut before he became a free agent

Are you gents talking about "supplemental draft" or "compensatory picks"?

There is a "supplemental draft" and "compensatory draft picks".

Supplemental Draft is for players that not make it into the regular draft.

Compensatory picks - Are given to teams that have lost more or better compensatory free agents than they signed in the previous year. Compensatory picks cannot be traded, and the placement of the picks is determined by a proprietary formula based on the player's salary, playing time, and postseason honors with his new team, with salary being the primary factor. So, for example, a team that lost a linebacker who signed for $2.5 million per year in free agency might get a sixth-round compensatory pick, while a team that lost a wide receiver who signed for $5 million per year might receive a fourth-round pick.
