2011 Voodoo Fest lineup updates

If you're not following the Voodoo Experience's Twitter and Facebook accounts, you might be missing on the festival's slowly unveiling lineup. Soundgarden was announced as the first "big name" headlining the 13th annual event, followed by mashup artist Girl Talk, who'll be on the Le Plur stage.? [ Read more ]

It's funny... I see a lot of ppl on nola.com complaining about the
lineup this year. I rather like it. I've always wanted to see Soundgarden,
and I love Social D and X. Morning 40, Dr. John and Soul Rebel Brass Band will be a hoot... and I never thought I'd be seeing Cheap Trick OR Ray Davies, but I'm excited about both. I think it's a great lineup spanning lots of different genres and years; looks to be a weekend of great fun!
