 Baptist Community Ministriesawarded $350,000 to the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities' Prime Time Family Reading Time preschool programs in Jefferson, Plaquemines and St. Bernard parishes. The grant from the New Orleans-based organization expands the literacy program from four New Orleans sites to serve 2,000 preschoolers, their families and 250 teachers.?
