Here is a 6'8" SF with a career three point percentage around 41%. Any player that is playing under a contract that was signed prior to the last collective bargaining agreement and has not bee traded since the last CBA is eligible for their team to amnesty them. Each team gets ONE amnesty post-CBA. When a player is amnestied they are still paid for the remainder of their contract, but their salary does not count toward the team's salary cap total.
