Mitt Romney Accidentally Confronts A Gay Veteran
Back in December 2011 during a campaign stop in New Hampshire, Mitt Romney decided to drop by Vietnam War veteran Bob Garon's breakfast table for a quick photo-op. What Romney didn't realize is that Garon was sitting with his husband, whom he had married just a few months earlier.
What followed might be the single greatest "oblivious Romney" moment of the entire campaign. Enjoy. Mitt Romney Accidentally Confronts A Gay Veteran; Awesomeness Ensues |

Re: Mitt Romney Accidentally Confronts A Gay Veteran
No matter if you support gay marriage or just som sort of registred partnership I think if you are two adults sharing a household you should get the same benefits disregarding gender.

Does this really matter? They don't call it a "marriage penalty" for nothing.
Marriage penalty - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia FWIW... I really don't care if people want to marry a shoe! | |

Personally, I don't think anyone should get extra benefits simply because they're married. Thats inequality.
