RE: our offense

People complain about our defense. Yes, the defense gave up 7 points out of the first 3 Bill's drives. The Saints had the ball on the better side of the 50 yard line two out of the three drives and picked up 3 points. Incredible.

The score should be 14-7. Atleast 10-7.

RE: our offense

Defense did pretty good today and if the offense or special teams had not put them into alot of bad situations the last two games they would be ranked in the TOP TEN in defense.

RE: our offense

Not ready to scrap the team yet. Not at 2-2. Not with all that they hae been through.. To be 2-2 right now is not all bad. The Vikings game was the worst...uncalled for. The Giants game had a lot of circumstances which were compounded by the kick off fumble. We lost that before we hit the field. We just have to wait and see how the team responds in the upcoming weeks. But if you are ready to cash in the chips now. Holla at ya.. go root for the Chargers. they won today. We'll see you next year or next time we look like a playoff lock.

How can anyone blame the defense this game -- and the comment 3rd straight time the other team scored on the opening drive is a little misleading. How long were the other drives -- 7 ans 11 yards. Wow --

But in any case -- the defense allowed 7 points. If we cannot win only giving up 7 points than we better scrap the offense. And by the way -- another game where Deuce did little (most of his yards came in the last drive) And our red zone performance is horrendous. Brooks finally made wise decisions -- ran when it was there which is what he should have been doing all along. Had a highlight play where he threw a strike to Stallworth -- too bad Stallworth dropped it. But while he made no mistakes he didn't exactly look great either.

Say what you want about the defense -- our offense has been outplayed every game by the defense.
