Has nothing to do with that use of the word, cajuns and coon asses are the samething. Here's link:

This would be flattering....except....

Dolphins | Nall interested in competing for starting QB position

Chiefs | Nall interested

Titans | Nall interested

Saints | Nall interested

Packers | Nall ready to look elsewhere for opportunity

So...dude wants to play QB. Not really like he singled out the Saints.

Damn spk... how the hell does a Saints fan not know what a coon ass is?

It's not a race thing man, but I have had some northerners look at me funny when I use the term. (Now that you mention it, I think they must have been surprised knowing I wasn't a rascist and thinking I was using a rascist term.) I say coon ass as a term of endearment....Bobby Hebert....the king of coon ass qbs

Here is the definition of a "coonass" from the Encyclopedia of Cajun Culture:

http://www.cajunculture.com/Other/coonass.htm

This is an excellent reference guide to all things cajun.

There have been at least two other cases of great "coonass" QB's in the NFL: One being Bobby Hebert and the other being Jake Delhomme.
