cutler vs. leinart vs. bull sheet................

so here i am thinking, (most would think that's dangerous enough) with just over a month to the draft and rumors flying high and wide, one thing's for certain, we are not guaranteed whoever we want unless we have the first pick. with that said, here are a few of my thoughts. one, did benson really clean house? the more i think about it, the more i wonder........two, although benson's not hurting for money, is he gonna go the 2nd pick and if he does, will who we really want be there? i mean after all, loomis already has shown the figures to benson. sir, here is what it will roughly cost "YOU" for that second pick..........and benson is ultimately the one who opens or closes his wallet....although, i agree down deep that fans could be and probably always have been the ones who have saved the saints, don't think for a second that a certain draft pick would not help to fill those seats......... three, if it is a qb we're going after, i believe the decision's already been made and that applys to whom ever we draft, qb or not, with the exception of a trade down where they still will know who they are going after.
four, bottom line is i believe the saints will be looking to trade down, there are just too many needs not to. smoke screen wise, when is the last time you heard the saints say, this is who we are going to draft, and draft em? it has to be a well played poker hand to get who you really want, or at least have a shot at em. we are sitting pretty at 2 and there are a lot of teams out there that have theirs sights set also. i see the draft no different as i have the past few yrs, there will be surprises but mostly, it will be the fans that are surprised. and last, five, (yeah, it's a lot of bull) if we are gonna build for the future, lets at least try to solidify one side of the offense or defense and not plug em again,,,,,,,,,,this is where i'd like to see a fresh start and get the feeling we are gonna be something..........................smitty

what's up b&b? now correct me if i'm wrong, but last i heard you still had a girlfriend who may or may not have become your wife and in either case i can't see a rookie doing what they want anytime they want like a pro.......................
however, when you're feeling brave enough to take her on, let me know the place.......smitty
