I'm not knocking him in any way...I think he was the perfect pick for this team. He seems to have some very good organizational skills. He also seems like he has some great leadership skills. I haven't seen a lot of the statistics that indicate he's some kind of offensive genius or anything. I do remember his Giants teams were better than average offensive teams and the Cowboys did pretty good last season offensively all things considered.

But no matter what, don't you get this feeling like we have a coach that knows what he wants to get done, knows how to get it done, and knows what kind of players are required to get it done, and a coach that's going after the kind of players he needs to be successful right away. I'm particularly impressed with the transformation this team has made since it was announced he was going to be the Saints coach. I will not make any bold predictions like others have but it's clear and evident that some of the players we've added to the team will make this team a better team than the one we watched last year...how much better remains to be seen but I'm confident...how about you?
