this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Amazing defensive performance!!! OMG, the Saints introduced the 46 defense today, especially late in the game. Nice to have another so-so game by Brees and still win!...

I think they proved which defense is better. The Jets played great defense, but the Saints were able to capitalize when it mattered. The Jets offense only had two decent drives all game long. Swarming blitzes and awesome pass coverage. Grant and Smith have answered the call to step up. Sharper is all over the field and making huge plays. Gay came up huge today, as well. Tremendous overall defensive effort. WHO DAT?!?!?!
