Saints putting on the points

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; What an offense. Just looked through most of the game like the Steelers couldn't stop us. And you gotta like the fact that we threw up 30+ points for the second time on five games....

Yea, and could have been 28 by half time. Just think how good the defense would have looked then. No Jerome or Zeg_____ what ever would have been a factor and they could have tee\'d off on Maddox.
But it was a good game, Another 2001 Playoff contender Bites the Dust.

Average 28.3 a game. If the defense can jell and recover from some of these nagging injuries we may go deep in the playoff. Dare I say San Diego deep

San Diego isn\'t out of the realm of possibilities. But theres still a long way to go. I hope there\'s no let down and they learned a lesson in the Lions game.
