I said this in chat- I think Sharper changes our d

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I am wondering if anyone else thinks the same. We seem like a more opportunistic d with him out there and our Pass D seems better too. Is it the teams we played or is there something to this?...

I think his experience and smarts change the gameplan of offenses, he is a force back there that not only gets picks but can hit hard aswell. All that said, if Jenkins can learn from sharper for atleast 2 more years he is gunna be a stud, the guy makes plays.

When Sharper gets back OMG!!! And i hope he's here before Atlanta game.. I want him to make Ryan second guess when he throws the ball out.

You're totally right spk. Sharper missing is a real problem. Jenkins should just cover TE's and play cover 2. What a great duo. Hope sharper stays healthier next year.

I agree. By the way, who was that that fell down on the long pass to Williams? Was that Robinson? He got toasted quite a bit in this game.

I agree 25. Vilma may be our "defensive qb," but we saw today what happens when Sharper's instincts and experience are missing. Lynchpin of the D, for sure.
