Dennis Allen

Even though Tim Tebow is getting most of the attention in Denver, Hats of to former Saints assistant defensive secondary and current Broncos Defensive coordinator Dennis Allen. Doing a great Job in Denver. Wish we still had him, but proud that a former Who Dat coach is doing well. Now lets pray that our quality coaches don't continue to be hired away.

I have to agree with you aquaboogie. Denver's defense looked very good last night.

Having two of the best pass rushers in the game certainly helps... he has some solid building blocks over there. Good for him.

They are winning despite Tebow

Despite? They're 4-1 when he starts. He just wins even though it's very unorthodox. Ugly for the first three quarters and then in the fourth quarter, it's Tebow Time.

What's ironic is that Tebow is starting out his career much like Orton. Orton was a terrible passer but yet he just kept winning games... ugly.

I'm glad Tebow is winning. And I hope he keeps winning, as long as the Broncos don't play us of coarse. Everybody in the world said that he wasn't good enough to play in the NFL. I hope he proves them all wrong.

I don't like Tebow. I confess this is because of his college days. I still don't like Tebow, but I gotta admit, after watching him play a few games at the pro level ...

THIS DUDE SUCKS...

Which makes me feel kinda sorry for him...I'm almost feeling so bad for him that I'm pulling for him, which is a complete turnabout for me.

There are many people in the world feel sorry for, Tim Tebow isn't one of them. He won in college and he's won some games in the NFL.

The guy had everyone in the stands screaming for him all season long and never as loud as last night. He was ecstatic last night.

Yeah but ultimately it never lasts. Whenever a player with an unorthodox style like Tebow is introduced to a sport it takes awhile for teams to figure them out, but once they do it is largely over.

Vince Young's career started out on a tear and look where it lead. I believe Michael Vick had a great rookie campaign, then it slowly deteriorated. Hell even his first year back after jail he caught everyone by surprise again, then it's back to the status quo.

You could say the same thing for other sports as well. Remember that Nomo character in baseball years ago who had an unorthodox style and was unhittable for awhile? But after a month or two hitters adjusted to his style and the rest is history.

IMO, the Broncos have been fortunate over the last few weeks and Tebow has definitely had some heroics, and everyone is buying in. But you just can't sustain weekly comeback victories in this league. Sooner or later the odds are going to catch up with Timmy, and when the fans realize that even with his amazing comebacks they won't be better than .500, the coaches will have to sit him (or get 'sat' themselves).

I'm happy for the kid to have beaten the odds thus far, but I have to be honest, I'm getting a little sick of seeing a Tebow prayer every five seconds. We get it dude, you believe in an invisible man in the sky. I almost wish another player would start praising the devil after a TD or something just to illustrate how ridiculous it is.
