Arrington back for 2012
Saints re-signed exclusive rights free agent WR Adrian Arrington.

Though he's had tough luck with injuries, Arrington has flashed playmaking ability in preseason action since landing in New Orleans as a seventh-round pick in 2008. With Marques Colston and Robert Meachem both set to hit the open market, Arrington could receive a significant bump in playing time in 2012.

I think he'll take the place of meachem since I believe Colston will be resigned.

Ok but I don't see that being a up grade Meachem was a first round pick. Is there any word on that kid Morgan that was acking a fool in the preason last year.

Payton has had a lot of patience with AA, I hope it pays off, he surely knows the playbook by now.

Oh good...... another year of sitting on the bench and getting in on a few plays! YEAH!!!!

The good thing is that we now know that even practice squad guys get the SB ring, so he won't be left out at the end of the season.

Who cares. Dude gets hurt every year. He looked like **** in the 49ers game. I would rather take a gamble on Morgan. I also couldnt care less if Meachum gets the boot.

Good insurance signing. I'm sure he didn't cost much. It certainly doesn't guarantee he makes the team.

Another year to attempt to learn routes for Arrington. Yahoo.

Now Morgan managed to impress me in preseason last year. I'm all for his chance at the big time.

Meachem and his long-strike plays are going nowhere.
