I would love to think that way, but look at our recent draft picks that were all BPA... not exactly the best picks.

If they were in fact all BPA then much of the blame would then have to fall on the scouting department and player development.

Still, the BPA strategy holds true even though it's not 100% reliable on a case-by-case basis.
