Scouting Report: Oakland Raiders
It's hard to believe that the Raiders were in the Super Bowl two years ago. The organization whose owner made famous the slogan, "Just win, baby," lost 12 games last season and hasn't won a game in three weeks.
So where has it gone wrong for Oakland? Pretty much everywhere. The defense is in shambles, starting quarterback Rich Gannon is out for the season with a neck injury, and Hall of Fame receivers Tim Brown and Jerry Rice are in Tampa Bay and Seattle.
