It would be nice to have a big body to cover the big wrs in our division like V-Jax, Julio, and maybe Hakeem Nicks in Carolina.... :-)

I don't think money is the problem here. At this point he can't ask for big contract. His 2013 salary was 500-600K.

Cool! Sign him to 3/4 of a contract and make him pee in a cup once a day till the end of his contract. If he failed he pays it all back + 25%.
