I think part of the reason was the worry over Evans injury. If he started Lelito at C and Evans went down you are reshuffling multiple positions compared to having Lelito slot in where needed.

I like Lelito as a G, he will be fine there, but drafting another G/C like Garcia to compete at either posision will only solidify those 2 positions being solid even if someone goes down. I would like to get a swingman for the T position also.

we are going to need to draft a guard anyway. Evans' cap hit is even worse next year, and he'll be 32 by pre-season. An old 32.

I've been an advocate of drafting O-line in the first........but I'm coming around to the idea of drafting some good prospects in the middle rounds instead and getting impact players in the early rounds.
