New Orleans Saints: A'Shawn Robinson, DE/DT, Alabama



We all know how bad New Orleans' secondary is, but part of the problem is that the team isn't getting any sort of push up front. It's especially dire at defensive tackle, where 80-year-old Kevin Williams is the team's best player. Something absolutely needs to be done about that.


Round 2

New Orleans Saints: Bronson Kaufusi, DE, BYU



The Saints can continue to upgrade their horrible defensive line, as they really don't have any edge rushers of note after Cameron Jordan. In a division comprised of Cam Newton, Matt Ryan and Jameis Winston, New Orleans will have to improve its ability to get to the quarterback.


Round 3

New Orleans Saints: Nick Vigil, LB, Utah State



The Saints continue to address the defense, which has holes everywhere. This includes the linebacking corps, where help is needed next to Stephone Anthony.

Rugby Saint II

Robinson is losing steam in my book. His heart is being questioned and we need an impact starter with the 12th pick. Most DT's need time in the NFL to develop their strength and trench warfare techniques anyway.

There are a lot of DT's in the draft this year. It is loaded! We can pick up a good DT in every round of the draft.......well, mostly.

Jarran Reed I have like more than A'Shawn Robinson for a while now.

While picking are pretty thin for top DE this year IMO BUT there are some options day 2 and day3 that look very good and can be on the field upgrading special teams from day 1. One of the better corp of late round options in a few years.
